Please note that at Rhythm and Bakery, our cookies are freshly baked the day before orders are shipped. As a result, we kindly ask for a processing and shipping time of 2-3 days to ensure that your order is prepared with care and delivered to you in the best possible condition. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we strive to provide you with delicious treats made with love and attention to detail.

 


Postal Orders


Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products at Rhythm and Bakery, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on food items.

If you have not received your product due to providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

In the event that your item has undergone multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier and is subsequently returned, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.

For items that arrive faulty or incorrect, we kindly request a photo of the defect to evaluate eligibility for a refund. Without a photo, we are unable to process your claim.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
